1. Orders & Confirmation
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
2. Pricing & Currency
All prices are displayed on the product page (default currency: USD). Prices may change during promotions; the final price shown at checkout applies.
3. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 24-72 hours after confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). International orders typically arrive within 7-20 business days, depending on destination country customs. We will notify you within a reasonable time of any delays caused by customs or force majeure.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be in their original packaging with tags intact, unworn and unwashed. Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. Warranty & Quality
All RSNY products pass strict quality inspection before shipping. If you discover a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, and brand names (RSNY, RIPPLE SPIRAL) on this store are owned by our company or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
